Bill Burns Artist Bill Burns A graduate of Ontario College of Art, Bill has been painting on-location landscape for over 25 years. Bill's approach to art is, simplistic, but intuitive sensing the relationship between the intuitive and the the emotive. "Art is emotive", he says, "and ones materials and approach must facilitate this". In his Workshops an emphasis is placed on a unique way of seeing and limited materials, which together, lend themselves to the emotive.
